Taekwondo Silverbacks Sign Up Page
If you are competing in Poomsae and/or Kyorugi as part of the Taekwondo Silverbacks, please be at the Gym for the 7:30am start of the games.
For Black Belt Poomsae, you may only perform Original Koryo. Colored belts may perform their respective Poomsae.
For Kyorugi, you may spar with whatever protective gear you usually use. We will have all our school available to borrow, if needed, including hogus.
Medals will be awarded and there is a $10 entry fee for the 7:30am Silverbacks competition.
