Coach fee is $20 (pay here) and you need to sign up in advance.  There is no cost to participate as an instructor but you need to sign up in advance so that we can have your badge waiting for you; instructors have access to the competition area but may not coach competitors.  The deadline is Friday, March 7, at 12:00pm (noon).

--> Coaches previously signed up in an NCTA event need to renew in 2025 by taking the quiz and sending it in; no need to pay or send in your picture (if we already have it)

To sign up as a coach, you must watch this video (passcode is 0!nCH0MX) and then complete and return this quiz to Info@HRKSonoma.com.   Pay here.

Only coaches and competitors will be allowed in the matted area; instructors and VIP's may access the floor but may not coach a competitor.  As a coach, you may only be at ringside when your student is sparring.  Your coach badge must have your picture on it.

It is important that we keep the competition clear and we hope that everyone understands and cooperates.
