This event is sanctioned by the Northern California Taekwondo Association whose president is Grandmaster Ed Austin and by the League of Professional Taekwondo Referees which is guided by Grandmaster Martin Marcus.

The deadline for all sign-ups is Friday, March 7, 2025, at 12:00pm (noon).  Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any sign-ups at the door because the brackets will be decided in advance.

Spectator fee is $10 and all spectators must sit in bleachers.  Coaches must have passes to be at ring side: $20 in advance or $30 at the door.  Only coaches and competitors are allowed in the competition area and must have a badge.

8:45 AM Poomsae Staging
9:00 AM All Assemble For Quick Welcome / Poomsae Competition begins
Immediately After Poomsae: Weapons Staging and Competition, Kyorugi Staging, Coaches' Briefing
12:00 PM Opening Ceremonies / Lunch / Demonstrations / Best School Award / Presentation of NCTA Trophies
1:00 PM (or earlier) Kyorugi Competition begins
